Heads you Win, Tails you Win!

Psalms 78:72“So he shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.”

David’s leadership succeeded through a two-sided coin: his hands and his heart, or outward skill and inward integrity. Every great spiritual leader must have this combination. David’s excellent leadership combined both heart and art. To have one without the other leads to failure. Consider the following list of eleven keys to excellence, aimed at helping us to develop our leadership skills today. By John Maxwell

Leaders must….

  1. Value Excellence
  2. Not Settle for Average
  3. Pay Attention to Details
  4. Remain Committed to What Really Matters
  5. Display Integrity and Sound Ethics
  6. Show Genuine Respect for Others
  7. Go the Second Mile
  8. Demonstrate Consistency
  9. Never Stop Improving
  10. Always Give 100%
  11. Make Excellence a Lifestyle

U.T.C. South Africa

Where the Journey Begins!

School Frenzy!!

Cape Town Students

God has opened an effective door of ministry here in the city of Cape Town through the schools. The schools here in this city are wide open for ministry! You can preach Jesus like never before here! There is so much liberty to blast for the Lord!

The U.T.C. went into one of the most drug and gang infested communities in Cape Town called Mitchell’s Plain to one of the Jr. High’s and was able to minister through testimonies and mini dramas to hundreds of students that were so Touched and Awe Stricken. The U.T.C. came in like a rushing wind – Blew In – Blew Up – and Blew Out! The devil didn’t know what hit him! Many souls were saved and many lives were impacted by the power of God!

The people here in Cape Town are like a dry sponge that’s soaking up all the Living Water they can! They are so hungry and ready to receive the Lord. The signs are so evident that it’s God’s TIMING for this country! The attitude of heart they have for so desperately wanting more of God, I believe attracts the Anointing of the Lord! The Anointing of the Lord is what breaks the yoke of bondage! So many lives have been set free here!

The need for a ministry such as ours is so needed at this time. The Nation has been hit like a tsunami with drugs and gang violence for the past 15-20 yrs and everything that it touches is being destroyed. Lives are being destroyed, families are being destroyed, our youth are being destroyed even as young as 9 years old are strung out on drugs and being recruited into the gangs!

If the church doesn’t RISE UP to the challenge, then the devil will.

IT’S OUR TIME VICTORY OUTREACH!!

We have a great work ahead of us and the Lord is able to TURN IT ALL AROUND! There’s NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM! Nothing’s too hard for the Lord!

Where sin abounds, the GRACE OF GOD ABOUNDS EVEN MORE!

Keep South Africa in Prayer for a Great Spiritual Awakening and a Great Harvest!
